Realizing I like to paint stone, and recently reading about the Ten Commandments in the Bible, I thought I would give painting these special tablets a try.
What did Jesus think about these commandments? We find out when an expert in the law asked Him which is the greatest commandment. Jesus’ answer was to love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and mind. He said this is the first and greatest commandment and the second is like it - Love your neighbor as yourself. Then He said that all the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commandments. (Matthew 22:37-40)
The Ten Commandments are basically how to please God and get along with other people. Loving God first and loving other people would take care of so many problems. The Ten Commandments can be found in Exodus 20:1-17.
